Citric Acid RecipesBath Bombs 1 cup baking soda,
1/2 cup corn starch, 1/2 cup citric acid, 2 tablespoons of a light oil such as sunflower or sweet almond
oil. 1 -2 teaspoons EO or FO. You can even use citric acid to make your own low fat cottage cheese. Mix 1/2 teaspoon Citric Acid with 2 tablespoons water, warm if necessary. Bring 1 quart of Non Fat or low fat milk to a simmer while stirring and mixing in the dissolved Citric Acid. When milk fully curdles turn off heat and cover for 3 minutes. Place into cheese cloth and drain out whey, washing outside of cloth as needed. Press curds under heavy weight for 4 hours draining off whey, and the cottage cheese is ready for use. Lemonade:
