Emulsifying Wax

Emulsifying wax (e wax) simplifies the formulation of oil-in-water emulsions. Provides excellent stability, and is very easy to use. It is ideal for lotions and creams. Emulsifying Wax NF can be used to make thick or thin emulsions, depending upon the concentration at which it is used.

Use this vegetable based emulsifier to keep water and oil combined for lotions, creams, conditioners, etc. Melt wax with other fats and waxes. Emulsifying Wax NF is considered a safe ingredient, rarely causes allergic reactions, and is compatible with most animal, vegetable and mineral waxes.

Use at 3 to 5% for lotions and 5 to 10% for creams, melting with oils.
